Lenke Konya
Founder & Broker
Lenke holds a Masters Degree in Arts from her home country, Hungary, and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Victoria University. Lenke became engaged in finance broking in 1998 when she joined Mortgage Choice as one of the first franchisees in Victoria.
This is how she remembers those days:
“I embraced the concept of providing a personalised and professional mortgage broking service to customers in need of finance wholeheartedly back in 1998. At that time, I joined Mortgage Choice, as I was convinced that customers deserved to receive tailored advice when making one of the greatest financial decisions in their life: taking out a mortgage. Also, finding the most suitable and economical finance option to match a person’s particular needs and circumstances seemed to be hard for the average customer because of the endless loan options offered by a rapidly growing number of lenders”.
In 2004 Lenke moved on to establish her own consulting firm, Pannon Mortgages.
Today, although in a very different economic environment, Lenke believes that the existence of and the need for this service is more justified than ever before. For this reason, she invites you to take advantage of and benefit from the vast experience she has gained in the industry over the past 28 years.
Having come from a background of adult education, Lenke has exceptional skills in listening to her clients’ needs and expectations, and in explaining the features, advantages and disadvantages of the different loan products and structures to her clients.
Dora Konya-Bonner
Broker
Dora has completed a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking through the National Finance Institute and is currently completing a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Dora’s 14 years’ experience in the healthcare sector enables her to develop long-term and meaningful relationships, both with clients and referrers. She has expertise in assessing each individual’s needs holistically and is driven to achieve her clients’ goals. She is able to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner and takes the time required to educate her clients.
Dora specialises in assisting Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, in particular, by providing them with relevant, personable and honest advice. She understands the intricacies related to healthcare contracts, income structures and the requirements of Lenders in these situations.
